Location and Description of Organelle:
The Nuclear Envelope is located outside of the nucleus in both cells and has nuclear pores on it. They have two membranes and its an extra layer for the nucleus.
Function of the Nuclear Envelope:
It allows materials to go in and out of the nucleus. It works with the nucleus, nuclear pores and chromatin.
